		<description>The KK pancake mix is indeed fantastic; I&#039;m a complete pancake convert since trying it. Ironically, I never liked pancakes before going gluten free! I&#039;ve read really good things about the Pamela&#039;s mix to, but it isn&#039;t as readily available as the KK mix (I live 3 hours from the KK factory).</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve tried the Bob&#039;s Red Mill Pancake Mix and really didn&#039;t like it. The first bite was ok but it went downhill after that for me. 
I really miss pancakes so I&#039;m looking forward to trying the Kinnikinnick brand.</description>
