just realized, the "Crunchy Curls" (lentil and potatoe chips) are gluten-free, too, but they don't make me sick

I was VERY ill for almost all day after eating this cereal with TJ's soy milk. I couldn't do anything but sit and stare and have a lot of water, but getting up always made me more nauseous. Also my bowels emptied completely. After finally feeling better, I rapidly developed a bad headache for the rest of the day, but I was just thankful that I could function again. It must have been either the soy milk or the cereal. I'm new to this diet and pretty frustrated reading that other people get sick from all of these gluten free TJs items. Does this not happen with products from other stores? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I always get sick from Trader Joe's "gluten free" items. Peanut butter, soy milk, chips, etc. All labeled gluten free, but they make me very ill. The pancakes don't make me sick, but the waffles do. Does anyone else have this problem with Trader Joe's?

Everyone is absolutely right!! This is the best GF granola out there. It so full of fiber that I never have digestive issues when I eat it. I have been known to finish off a bag in 2 days time. It is also great in yogurt or just snacking from the bag. This reminds me that I'm just about out!

Also, it tastes better with Kefir (you can find it close to milk) than with milk...

I love this stuff, but it goes right through me every time I eat it. In fact, I'm not sure if there are others out there with this same problem, but GF items still make me feel sick, give me stomach pains and diarrhea. Any help here???

Woot Woot! Seriously! SERIOUSLY! This series of cereals has me in love with granola on a whole new level. On a lark I picked up the Cranberry-Maple-Nut variety, because I figured that gluten-free would be much better for me.
It was just a lark. After the first bit I chased my housemates down and force-fed them, then my boy friend, then my co-workers. It's EXTREMELY addictive!!! We are going on a camping trip this weekend and we picked up one of each of the variety's. So in LOVE!

Jay, if you liked those 2 flavors you must try the third flavor that Trader Joe's offers: "Tropical Forest". Although I usually do not lean towards tropical flavors, they really work in this mix. The only draw back is that once you get started, it is hard to put the bag down.

Oh my goodness - this is a cereal that makes cereal worth eating again!! I have not eaten cereal for breakfast on a regular basis for several years now because the GF cereals on the market just weren't all that appealing. I just had a bowl of Trader Joe's Gluten Free Cranberry Maple Nut Granola for breakfast (thanks to your recommendation!), and it's delightful! WOW!

Jay, I don't mind you reviewing Trader Joe's again since they are in this area and it's nice to have some feedback before purchasing a product. As we all know, a gluten-free diet can be an expensive diet.
