Internationally renowned pediatric gastroenterologist Dr Rodney Ford, MD, is on tour from New Zealand to speak about: “The Gluten Syndrome: a neurological disease. Could gluten be harming your brain?”
Dr Vikki Petersen, DC, CCN, is co-founder, along with her husband Dr Richard Petersen, of the HealthNOW Medical Center and author of “The Gluten Effect”. Recently featured in an exclusive interview on CNN Headline News, the doctors are also endorsed by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness & The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America for their contributions to gluten awareness in our country. Dr Petersen will be speaking about Celiac vs. Gluten Sensitivity – the important distinction between them and how to properly diagnose each.
Renowned speaker Dr Richard Petersen, DC, CCN is the clinical director of HealthNOW Medical Center and co-author of “The Gluten Effect”. Dr Petersen will be speaking on: The Secondary Effects of Gluten and Why a Gluten-free Diet is Only Part of the Solution.
The Forum will be held from 10am – 3pm (registration begins at 9 am) on Saturday October 24th 2009 at the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel in Menlo Park. The Rosewood Hotel is a beautiful five star hotel that offers free valet parking and a serene setting. Their ballroom accommodates 250 people and the hotel is easily accessible from the 280 freeway.
A panel Q & A will provide an opportunity to get all your questions answered.

Please enroll me for early registration for the Saturday conference in order to obtain the discount rate as I will be attending with another who also enrolled on line; I cannot find a way to enroll other than this online.
