I thought that having Celiac Disease also meant that my days with oats were over. Usually the problem lies with where the oats are grown. Most farmers usually grow multiple grains in their fields leading to cross-contamination, Cream Hill Estates has guaranteed that their oats are pure and free of any cross-contamination. The company states that if you are extremely sensitive, that you may not tolerate their oats. I actually consider myself to be very gluten-sensitive, but I thought I would risk it since it has been over 10 years since I have had anything containing oats. I wanted to start slow, so we made some classic No-Bake Bars (picture below). They tasted great and so far I feel fine, hooray! Tomorrow I will try a small bowl of old fashioned oats and report back in. Thanks Cream Hill Estates!

Oats. Yes, thank you. Must be God´s gift to mankind. My crave for musli at breakfast is perhaps not normal.
I loved the looks of the “no bake bars” Do you have the recipe? Thanks!
