Enjoy Life Foods has been very aggressive lately in introducing new products lately, and that’s great news for the consumer. Some of my new favorites are the Granola, Snack Bars, and their Chocolate Bars.
Now I can add to that list their new Crunchy Cereals! I hardly ever buy Flax cereal simply because I’ve never found one that I liked. But I’m glad ELF sent their Flax and Rice cereals to me…they are fantastic. Very crunchy and perfect to add some fruit to. I highly recommend you give ‘em a shot!

Enjoy Life is a great company. Their products are always best sellers in my store. They are updating some of their bars…just added new version of their Sunbutter Crunch Bar. Thanks for the post.
I’ve tried the raspberry one – it’s great! I also love their “cakes” – you know the things that look like delicious brownies but it’s actually a lot of fruits? wasn’t keen on them at first, but they’ve grown on me.
OMG! I LOVE the crunch flax! It reminds me of the cereal Grape Nuts which I once adored.
