What do you make of a company that sends you a huge box of everything they make…times 4? My first thought was, “…they sure are confident.” And seems they have very good reason to be. My son claimed that the marble cake was better than his favorite that he usually buys at Starbucks. The cinnamon and chocolate rugelech are the perfect alternative to the typical gluten-free cakes and cookies, but be warned, they are rich! As for Katz’s bread, it rivals the best but I will admit I was confused by this statement on their website under the product ‘White Bread’… Enjoy the convenience of great-tasting bread straight from the freezer, without the use of a toaster oven. Huh? Enjoy it straight from the freezer??? Well, I went against this advice and used a toaster over with excellent results!

I must say I agree with you. Katz Gluten Free definitely has reason to be confident with their producs! Ever since I tried their breads and goodies I don’t feel deprived of great tasting baked goods any longer.
Anyone out there still looking for the perfect sandwich bread…the yummy dessert… a slice of cake with your coffee…. Katz Gluten Free is the way to go!!!
I have also tried Katz Gluten Free and I would have to say that the taste is superb. My favorites are the challa rolls, whole grain bread, Cinnamon Rugelech and the Chocolate strip. So far these are the products that I tasted from katz and they all became my favorite. Katz Gluten Free is my recommendation to anyone who loves delicious, full of taste and gluten free baked goodies.
