I am getting older…Fast!!! My metabolism is slowing down, my workload is going up, my waist is expanding, and I just KNOW there can no longer be 24 hours in each day…somebody stole some hours, I’m sure of it! So I started searching for a way to fight back, and I found it! On an average day, and I’m not kidding here, I would drink about 10 cups of coffee. I was also eating a whole bunch of carbs because they are typically the easiest thing to eat fast. These two things alone were really making me feel…yucky.
As luck would have it, my neighbor, who is a well known coach around here, decided to try a few products from AdvoCare. Everyone on our street decided to join in and see what would happen. It was AMAZING! The coach lost 20lbs in 16 days, other neighbors lost between 5-15lbs each, and nobody was exercising…they just made some solid diet changes, used the AdvoCare products and felt better in just days. A lot of celiacs have that bloated feeling after eating, even when no gluten was consumed, but this program made my bloat go away, my pants fit, I was feeling more energetic…so we were on to something.
My coffee addiction was costing a fortune, if I wasn’t brewing Starbucks at home, then I was getting an even more expensive drink made for me at one of the 7million Starbucks in my hood. This is where SPARK comes in. Now I take one Spark drink in the morning, and one in the afternoon…and I’m dunzo! It gives me sustained energy ALL day, I love it, and I have ZERO need for coffee! When you buy the canister of Spark, each individual serving will cost about $1. Bite me, Starbucks!
The Meal Replacement mix is perfect for many occasions. For me, its something fast and healthy I can have while I am running from one meeting to the next. For others, it can be used in place of what was a quick trip to McDonald’s or BK. Now that trip seems like a waste of time and a waste for your body.
The two products I mentioned above are the ones that work for me, but there are TONS of products that AdvoCare makes that would be helpful for so many people.
Now there is just a smidgen of bad news. AdvoCare does not claim these products to be gluten-free. And to be clear some of them (not the ones I use) do contain gluten. So if you are fearful of cross-contamination, then this isn’t for you. But, if you are like me, and are ok with reading the labels carefully…then you really MUST try these products. Email me with any questions regarding individual products or the diet plan (you wont believe how fast the diet plan works!).
ENERGY!!!!!!

Jay, thats so cool! I need some (this is Gigi)
Yes, please! I’d love to know more. Finding meal replacement that is GF has been quite a problem for me. Of course, just GF is not enough for me anymore, sadly. There are a whole host of ingredients that I’ve come to realize that I am better off avoiding.
