A Taste of Thai has a bunch of gluten free mixes and sauces that you should check out. This one was the Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce, and like the name suggests…it has some kick! It can be used as a dipping sauce or as a key ingredient to other sauces. We used it to add some flavor and spice to a shrimp stir-fry, and it was as good as any restaurant in recent memory.
