I wanted to say thanks again!! My friend was so excited when I told her, and I am too. Her daughter can eat no gluten, dairy whatsoever, when she does its very noticeable in her health and behavior, so she will love this book, and I told her if I do end getting dx with the celiac, that she would let me borrow it from time to time. I dont much care for bread any way, but I know from trying to put my own daughter on gluten free diet becasue of her autsim, that there is gluten in many things you would never think of, so you have to whatch out for it. I am glad I found this site, it a real great resource.
