Trader Joe’s Granola

I usually don’t like to keep reviewing products from the same manufacturer but Trader Joe’s is making that very tough!  They have so many great products and the new signs they have pointing out which items are gluten free definitely keep me coming back.

This new Granola comes in a few different flavors.  I picked up the ‘loaded fruit and nut’ and the ‘cranberry maple nut’ mixes on this trip.  These absolutely kill any other gluten free granola I have ever tried, much better than any that I have reviewed on this site for sure!

Jay, I don’t mind you reviewing Trader Joe’s again since they are in this area and it’s nice to have some feedback before purchasing a product. As we all know, a gluten-free diet can be an expensive diet.

Oh my goodness – this is a cereal that makes cereal worth eating again!! I have not eaten cereal for breakfast on a regular basis for several years now because the GF cereals on the market just weren’t all that appealing. I just had a bowl of Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Cranberry Maple Nut Granola for breakfast (thanks to your recommendation!), and it’s delightful! WOW!

It is worth your time to go in and ask for their Gluten Free list. Its huge! You are sure to find many things that will suit you.

Jay, if you liked those 2 flavors you must try the third flavor that Trader Joe’s offers: “Tropical Forest”. Although I usually do not lean towards tropical flavors, they really work in this mix. The only draw back is that once you get started, it is hard to put the bag down.

Woot Woot! Seriously! SERIOUSLY! This series of cereals has me in love with granola on a whole new level. On a lark I picked up the Cranberry-Maple-Nut variety, because I figured that gluten-free would be much better for me.
It was just a lark. After the first bit I chased my housemates down and force-fed them, then my boy friend, then my co-workers. It’s EXTREMELY addictive!!! We are going on a camping trip this weekend and we picked up one of each of the variety’s. So in LOVE!

I love this stuff, but it goes right through me every time I eat it. In fact, I’m not sure if there are others out there with this same problem, but GF items still make me feel sick, give me stomach pains and diarrhea. Any help here???

ohhh myyyy! I love this one!!! I can’t stop eating from the moment I have had it!
And I don’t like cereals! Actually I just had one bowl full of it:-)

Also, it tastes better with Kefir (you can find it close to milk) than with milk…

Everyone is absolutely right!! This is the best GF granola out there. It so full of fiber that I never have digestive issues when I eat it. I have been known to finish off a bag in 2 days time. It is also great in yogurt or just snacking from the bag. This reminds me that I’m just about out!

I always get sick from Trader Joe’s “gluten free” items. Peanut butter, soy milk, chips, etc. All labeled gluten free, but they make me very ill. The pancakes don’t make me sick, but the waffles do. Does anyone else have this problem with Trader Joe’s?
