It has been a while since my last Pei Wei post so I wanted to report that they have several new locations that you should check out. I visited the new Polaris location in Columbus, Ohio. The greatest thing about Pei Wei, and this was obvious at both locations that I have visited, is that they are obviously well trained on Celiac Disease and the gluten free diet. This last visit the manager came out and said that my meal would be a little longer because he wanted to make sure that all the pans and cooking materials were completely free of any contaminates. I think every one of us would be very willing to wait an extra 5 minutes for service like that. We would all rather be safe than sorry, right? You betcha!.
And as for the food…Spec-freaking-tacular! I got the usual Pei Wei Spicey with Scallops and my wife ordered the Pei Wei Sweet & Sour (also GF). Both meals were out of this world good and very reasonably priced.Â

I love Pei Wei’s too. DH and I always try to hit them on road trips, but unfortunately there aren’t any near our house… Yet! Here’s hoping!

We’ve heard that a new location will be opening at the Shops of Rossmoor in Seal Beach,CA (Rossmoor). If true, when will it be opening?
A new Pei Wei just opened in Rochester, Michigan across the street from Crittenton Hospital.
OK where are they all? I am in Oregon…
