The Gluten Free Mama (aka Rachel Carlyle-Gauthier) sent me her new cookbook and some GF Rice Almond Blend flour. I paged through the cookbook and the Oatmeal M&M cookies sounded really tasty. Since we didn’t have M&M’s on hand we used chocolate chips instead. They really turned out great! My kids kept asking for more until I made them stop! These reminded me of old fashioned home made cookies my grandma used to make.
The Rice Almond Blend is great for general GF baking since the recipes in the book include everything from pizza crust, to cakes, and cookies. Soon Rachel will also be introducing some convenience mixes that I look forward to trying out as well.Â

Where can I purchase this cookbook?
Great blog, so enjoyed going through your posts with your comments on all the products. This site is terrific for anyone dealing with allergies to gluten:-)
